God has blessed and gifted me through many years of intense studying and through tedious trial & error to acquire mastery over many things. It has always been a highlight of my life.  As the years have multiplied, God continues to bless me to learn more and more through studying to give away all that I do through the art of teaching. Along with the lifestyle of teaching, years of experience as a Pastor has matured all my skills for even more expanded use.

 

Although being gifted in many things may seem admirable to most people, ironically, talent and skillfulness has also been somewhat my burden through the many unique pressures that accommodates being “The Man” that everyone chases after for many things. By far, this is only fully understood by similar people who life is drastically splintered by diverse skillfulness.

Currently, although the burden of skillfulness grows as I go and increase my giving, I’ve faithfully accepted my lot and what God has predestined me to do. Frankly, it is a fixed pattern of life that I’ve never been able to wonder away from. Even as a small child, my life’s purpose seems to have always pointed in a specific direction. This being understood and accepted, Pastor D is just an ordinary person with an extraordinary purpose and almost seemingly over diversified calling. (WOW!).

Years of giving so much to be a blessing to others have made it crucially necessary that I almost work and secrecy. It minimizes the crowd’s rush to bombard me with request and protects me from talent pimping or pastors who would love to kidnap me for their affiliation. (Smile) PRAISE BE TO GOD!

Publicly, I’m usually careful to not advertise my skills, but instead invite attention to my purpose in teaching and joyfully passing on what God has blessed me to do. Pastoring (Not through a building-temporarily) and teaching is absolutely my passion. Teaching has always been the chief thrust of my life. For this reason, I’m now even more clear and sure of what a Pastor’s role is. It’s all about feeding the sheep and guiding them in spiritual growth and maturity

John 21:17 He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all thing.

What is Pastor D Like?

• Pastor D is extremely purpose, time, organize, systematize conscious! The propensity to quickly analyze everything and create a way to enhance anything seems to be descriptive of my  personna, habit, and mentallity. Due to so much of my time being dedicated to students and creating training materials, I'm extremely picky about my time being wasted by inconsistent student attendance. You must be faithful, dedicated, and persistent with maintaining your training schedule!

 

• My passion is teaching. I do have an obvious "Born track record" and overwhelming passion in stressing that students be extremely organized, systematic, patient, neat, correct writing conscious, and D.Y.H. - T.Y.T. - D.M.E. (Do Your Homework, Take Your Time, and Don't Make Excuses! "My students are my world , heart, wealth & riches." Working with my students has been the echoing mirror of my life. It is what I do the most every day.

 

• Even as a child I was compelled to teach and share what God bless me to do. This born passion is why I give all my heart to teaching and expect excellence from every student according to how each is blessed and gifted by God. My demanding  ways is out of love for students. Seeing them grow and succeed brings me more pleasure than what I could have received throughout life as a multi-gifted person.

 

• Those persons who are closest to me have some sense of why my overwhelming talent and skills come with a great deal of burden. I've only been able to handle it by the grace of God and the life-long focus he has given me through teaching. Apart from this admittance, most people do not bother to understand me. Associating extreme talent with only "PERFORMING" seems to be the most cultural and popular view of using talent. WRONG!

 

• Pastor D's skills are solely for the purpose of teaching. This is how God gets the complete glory for all that he has blessed me to do. To him be the ultimate glory! I pray that you will understand me as your potential instructor. So then, please be patient and considerate of the importance of you being fully ready, focused, and posed to take on training from Pastor D. It will be an integral normal part of your life. Literally, Pastor D will be a member of your family circle. Isn't this just wonderful?
