The Sign Up Application that you are about to view and sign isn't an "Official Student Acceptance Notice." Rather, it is used primarily to identify you, submit your interest in private training, and be used to create your "Official Student Payments Chart after you have been accepted as a student. More specifically, this application indicates that you are fully ready (Schedule, lesson tools, fees, etc.) to start training as soon as you have had your initial "Business Meeting" with PaSTOR D to discuss Excellence Private Training operations.

if you are ready to schedule a person-to-person meeting with PaSTOR D to determine whether or not you will become accepted as an "Official EPT Student."

Otherwise, this application will only be stored for only 2 weeks after it is submitted. It will then be removed, thus requiring you to sign another new application in the future.
